EVENTS IN GENERAL: To enter an event, the user must do the following:

Events are, by default, non-reserved, that is, they will appear only during the current calendar year. The following year they will not appear and you will have to re-enter them. If you wish to reserve an event (as in this event always will occur on this date), you will have to contact the Admin by leaving feedback indicating your interest.
PUBLIC EVENTS: Public Events will be visible to all users. They will persist per year, however, users who entered these events will be able to edit or delete these events at will.
PRIVATE EVENTS: Private Events will be visible only to the logged-in user who entered the event. They will persist per year, however, users who entered these events will be able to edit or delete these events at will.
RESERVED EVENTS: Reserved Events will always be public and only the Admin can make an event reserved. A reserved event is permanent, no one but the Admin will have the ability to edit or delete these events. If an event is private and the Admin reserves it, the event will be made public and any email notification will cease.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION: The user has the option of making a Private Event tie into email notification. If they choose to do so, an auto-generated email will be sent to the user who entered the private event one week prior to the actual private event date. No Public Events will have email notification options.
